Whiting, Ind. – July 1, 2015 - The Northwest Indiana Oilmen are proud to announce Rieth-Riley Construction Company as the team’s newest partner.

As a company that serves all communities in Northwest Indiana, it is only fitting that Rieth-Riley partner with a team that features predominantly local players.

“We’re committed to serving the needs of Northwest Indiana,” Rieth-Riley’s Jim Wiseman said. “We wanted to get the message out that we’re here and that we’re a part of all communities in Northwest Indiana, so we felt, ‘What better way to do it than with a relationship with someone like the Oilmen?’ Everybody loves baseball. It was a way we felt we could reach out to the communities in Northwest Indiana.”

Rieth-Riley is approaching its 100th anniversary. Part of what has made it successful for such an extended period of time is its status as an ESOP company, meaning it is 100 percent employee owned.

According to Wiseman, being an ESOP company makes a significant difference.

“We all take ownership and because we take ownership we work that much harder to be the best at what we do,” he said. “When you’re employee owned, there’s a special interest. We’re all in this together.”

Rieth-Riley is a company dedicated to moving forward in the way its employees think, the way they act and the way they approach every project. They bring a forward-thinking approach to get jobs completed on-time, on-spec and on-budget.

“There’s a sense of commitment,” Wiseman said. “There’s a sense of ownership because we’re all owners of the company. We thrive to be the best at what we do.”

The company also believes in moving communities forward by donating time, skill and capital to a number of charities and community events each year. Rieth-Riley continues to serve with assurance of skill, integrity and responsibility.
