mascot appearances

Oilman Stan is available for community appearances and events! When looking to make a request, please consider the following:
  • All requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
  • Making a request does not guarantee an appearance
  • Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to your event 
  • Requests will be responded to on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • You will receive notification from the Oilmen front office within one week of your request

Appearance Fee

Non-profit/sponsor events: $0 (per hour appearance 2 Hour Maximum)
Corporate/private events: $100 (per hour appearance)

* Payment must be made prior to the scheduled appearance
* Additional travel fees will be required for appearances over 20 miles away from Oil City Stadium
