About Us: The Northwest Indiana Oilmen Baseball Club, founded in 2012, is a proud member of the Northern League—one of the oldest organized baseball leagues in the United States. Our home games occur at Oil City Stadium in Whiting, Indiana, where we host 28 exciting games from the end of May through mid-August. The stadium has witnessed four championships won by our club since its inception.
Position Overview: We are accepting applications for our summer game day staff positions. As a Game Day Staff, you will assist with various aspects of Game Day operations, including ticket box office, customer service, security, and merchandise operations. Additionally, you’ll contribute to stadium maintenance and baseball operations tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with game day operations related to ticket sales, customer service, security, and merchandise.
Help maintain the stadium and assist with baseball operations tasks.
Work special events, including all baseball games (including weekends as scheduled).
Ensure the stadium meets cleanliness standards set by management.
Assist with clubhouse duties as needed.
Set up the game day concourse, including entrances, recreation areas, and seating.
Break down the stadium after event completion.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
