The Northwest Indiana Oilmen (4-0) sweep through the 2012 playoffs to capture the MCL Championship in their inaugural season.

The Northwest Indiana Oilmen used a seven run explosion in the ninth inning to defeat the DeKalb County Liners, 12-6 on Friday at Founders Field.

With a 10-6 victory over the DuPage County Hounds on Wednesday at Benedictine Stadium, the Northwest Indiana Oilmen advanced to the 2012 Midwest Collegiate League championship.

Five first-inning runs helped the Northwest Indiana Oilmen defeat the DuPage County Hounds, 5-1 on Tuesday at Oil City Stadium.
