Sigale played his freshman season at the College of DuPage, where he had a nice debut for the Chaparrals. Sigale pitched 24.2 innings across 13 appearances. He displayed control by having 19 strikeouts to only 10 walks. He also recorded 3 saves. Ryan's favorite baseball team is the Chicago White Sox, and his favorite player is the team's former southpaw ace Chris Sale. His favorite baseball memory is getting a save in the JUCO World Series. Sigale has a 3 pitch mix, and he has tried to shape his game after Chris Sale. When not playing baseball, Ryan can be found playing guitar. He also graduated from high school early, and was at one point a competitive Fortnite player. He closed out the regional champtionship for the College of DuPage to win their first regional in 22 years.
