Position: INF Date of Birth: 05/28/2024 Height: 5' 9" Weight: 170 lbs College Experience: Colby Bats: S Throws: R Hometown: Chicago, IL Biography: Mason List joins the Oilmen as a switch hitting middle infielder. He is preparing to join the Colby Mules after graduating this year. The Chicago-native will add to the team this season up the middle. Mason is the youngest of 7 siblings, 4 biologial and 3 step. He was a bat boy for the Chicago White Sox during spring training in 2021. Mason has completed the 9 hot dog, 9 inning challenge. He had Tommy John in 2021 at the age of 15. Mason was awarded Conference Player of the Year in the Independent School League as both a junior and senior. He was an All-Conference player for all three years of playing. His senior year, he hit .561 in 19 games. He worked 11 walks to 5 strikeouts, and he really flexed his power with 20 extra base hits. Most impressively, he hit 11 triples his senior year. The Oilmen look forward to what list can provide.
