His favorite baseball memories are winning the Region Championship and adistrict Championship while making a run to the NJCAA World Series with the College of DuPage. The catcher modeled his game after Cardinals great Yadi Molina. Jake's favorite movie is The Lion King, and he is a big fan of the Indiana Hoosiers. His favorite memory of watching baseball is watching David Freese hit a triple then walk off home run in the 2011 World Series
